The Power of Music

Whilst being at Kyck (see previous post for more details), I have developed a love for Christian music.
I used to have an opinion that Christian music sounded “daggy” and there was nothing “modern”.
However, this ignorant mindset completely changed when I heard a band at Kyck named Whitefield.

Kyck 2014

Issy and I, among with a few other friends attending a Christian youth conference during the Easter holidays. It’s called Kyck and I can honestly say it’s the best thing I’ve ever done.
Held over three different weekends in the Blue Mountains with over 2000 kids at each weekend, it was truly an amazing experience.
The talks were interesting, funny and thought provoking. If you ever get the chance to go, I definitely recommend it.

Issy and Alex

Welcome!

Thank you for visiting out page!

Our names are Issy and Alex. We are from Bathurst, a small country town in NSW, Australia.

We are both 15 and are passionate about serving Christ and bringing and showing others to his amazing love.

We set up this blog to promote and encourage teenage Christians. It’s an incredibly hard thing to say you’re a christian if none of your friends are. Even more so if they mock you for it.

We go to a Anglican school, but even so, there’s only a few people who actually are Christians. So we know exactly what it can be like.

This page is here to encourage you on those hard days, when you question your faith, when you feel like giving up.

“In christ alone my hope is found,

He is my light, my strength , my song”

With your help we would like to share and encourage christian teens all around the world. ‘From the deepest oceans, to the highest heavens’

Stay strong,

Issy and Alex
